1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your use of the Playnexiara website and your purchase of any digital products listed on it ("Playnexiara," "we," "us"). By buying a product from this site, you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

Playnexiara sells digital PDF courses about game development through programming, and in some cases accompanying template project files. Products are described individually on each product page, including their format and contents.

3. Digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally. After a successful payment, you receive a download link to the purchased file(s). No physical items are shipped. Delivery is generally instant; if a download link doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll resolve it.

4. License to use

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use that product for your own learning. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish the files, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex, depending on the product). We do not store your full payment card details. Prices are shown on each product page and may be listed in different currencies depending on the product.

6. No outcome guarantees

Our courses teach programming concepts and techniques related to game development. We don't guarantee any specific skill level, project outcome, employment result, or income as a result of using our products. What you build with what you learn is up to you.

7. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described separately in our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to products

We may update a course's content over time (for example, to fix errors or add material). Where noted on a product page, updates are included at no extra cost to past buyers of that product.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
